Change your thinking, change your life.

A middle aged business women (although these days that is a wide range—younger, middle aged this time) was referred to me as someone who worked very hard and didn’t do well.  She consulted with non profit businesses.  She recognized she worked best in a business structure and consulting was, perhaps, too flexible for her—even though she did well.

We, jointly identified adjusting several of her beliefs, would help.  After one session, she “rebelieved” to :

-I am worthy
-I unconditionally trust myself
-I easily and unconditionally forgive myself
-I allow the abundance of the universe to easily flow to me.

Also, she learned how to easily center herself when she felt she was “flying off in all directions”

We shifted into business coaching mode and after some discussion she decided to shift her business model to selling -- choosing to organize (structuring her own business) into how to help non profit clients.  She then developed a group of skilled practitioners who would show up to provide specific help to the non profit client.  The practitioners were glad for the business and paid her a referral fee.

She shifted from trying to be all things to all people and focused on what she enjoyed (selling) and thus can help many more people.  She called me and was very excited that it was working.  In a few weeks she had arranged with eight “experts” to work with her and bringing skills she really didn’t have.

Two sessions, total—both on the telephone.
